Q : How much of a taper can I expect on laser cut parts?

The taper on a laser cut metal part is around 1.5 degrees therefore the amount of taper depends on the thickness of material.  ½” thick material taper would be around .012” and 1” thick would be around .025”.

Q : How big is the laser kerf?

The kerf is generally around 0.010”.

Q : What tolerance can you maintain?

Generally +/-.005 or better on most items.

Q : Can you ship the parts to me?

Yes. Usually for a minimal fee, we can deliver the parts to your door.

Q : What are your shipping hours?

We  have a second shift, so arrangements can be made to pick up parts later in the day.
